Part One:

(1) Complete Initial Needs Assessment online or by phone. (2) Have a minimum of $100,000 in net equity or sales proceeds. (3) Provide personal financial information necessary to perform a Tax Review and Exchange Analysis at the consultation. 

Part Two:

Property owners must be present at any of the following consultation formats: (1) Virtual Conference: Requires computer access and login, or;  (2) By Phone: Requires email receipt of analysis prior to consultation. (3) In person consultation: Our office is located in Irvine California.

Consultation and Information Required

A list of documents and information needed for the completion of the consultation will be sent to you after the initial needs assessment and must be delivered to us before the consultation is scheduled by Virtual Conference or by Phone.

Receiving your Free $100 VISA Gift Card

The investment property owner on Title must be present for the entire presentation in order to receive the Free $100 VISA Gift Card. Consultations with other unrelated parties or property owners may not be combined. Limit one card per household. Gift Card is awarded after the completion of a one (1) hour complimentary consultation. Regardless of the outcome, the Gift Card will be awarded and ordered. Gift Card will arrive within 10 to 14 business days after the completion of the consultation. Visa Gift Card activation and terms and conditions will be included with the Gift Card.
